How to Read a Cement Mill Certificate: Part 2 - NPCA

A number of factors limit the utility of strength test results on a mill certificate. Types I, II and V cements require only three- and seven-day strength test results. Most mill certificates also report 28-day strength, but usually this is with the note that it is from an earlier time period or lot, for reasons discussed previously.
