What version of millpwr does your mill run? I have the servo tuning and soft limit set disk, but it's only for v 2.1 or something like that. My mill is a 98 and only 2 axis, though. I do know that it immediately faults out if you try and engage the servos past the soft limit, and the soft limit likes to move at random which is fun.
