Realistically with a 3018 you can either get a nice cut, or a quick cut, not both. I typically run 1/8th flat mills at 40% stepover, 0.5mm depth of cut, and 3mm/s. Increasing the speed probably wouldn't hurt but increasing the depth of cut has shown to cause heavy chatter. I would say start with increasing your speed and spindle.
